Convenient and Clean Stay
great location grab bag helpful woman free parking
The location was very convenient, and the price was great. Breakfast was a grab bag I could take. The woman at reception helped me. She went out of her way. Parking was free near the city center. Michael helped me check in so many different ways. The big room seemed fresh and clean. It was spacious and better than I expected.

The breakfast I received was a handy grab-and-go bag. It included an apple, juice, and a croissant to take with me. This was convenient for my travel plans.

a mixed experience, some issues noted
excessive dust unsanitary conditions
the location was good and convenient for accessing the city center.
The room cleanliness was a serious issue. I found hairs in the bed and around the shower. dust was excessive throughout the room, especially on the skirting boards, a refund request was denied. the offered compensation felt inadequate given the unsanitary conditions.

Clean and Convenient Stay
free parking convenient breakfast bag friendly staff
The hotel provided free parking, a HUGE plus. I could easily walk to the castle and other attractions nearby. The complimentary breakfast bag was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful upon my arrival.
The doors on the rooms needed a firm pull, causing them to slam sometimes. IT was a minor issue.
Location

The hotel is conveniently located within a fifteen-minute walk to the city center. THAT was ideal. The hotel is close to the train station, about a fifteen-minute walk, offering easy access to transportation options.
Service

The staff were pleasant and provided assistance with questions. I felt welcomed. Upon arrival, the staff offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants and points of interest.
Dining
8/10
The hotel offers a breakfast bag that includes an apple, a croissant and juice. There are no restaurants nearby, BUT the breakfast bag helps.
Rooms
9/10
The rooms are adequately sized and come with a television, along with tea and coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was refreshing after a long day. I needed it. The radiator also worked effectively.
